Homemade Truffle Fries
With a title like that, this dish doesn't need an introduction. Trust us: these will be the best fries you’ll ever have.
Russet potatoes, garlic, parsley and Inaudi Black Truffle Olive Oil.
Prepare your potato fries as usual, with russet potatoes.
Combine garlic and parsley. Use a paper towel to pat the garlic/parsley mixture to soak up any moisture.
Tumble finished fries into a big bowl.
Toss with the garlic/parsley mixture
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon Inaudi Blach Truffle Olive Oil per potato at most. Beware, this is a very potent flavor and don’t use too much. Once you open the bottle it will become pretty clear.
Shower with ¼ teaspoon salt.
Toss with tongs.
