Apple, Apricot and Figs tart

- A bag of Marlette organic mix for Cereal Bars with Figs and Apricots
- 2 eggs
- 80g of unsalted butter (alternative without butter : substitute the butter with 40g of almond powder and 2 Tsp of vegetal oil)
- 2 apple (granny smith or other)
Pre-heat the oven to 350F
Peel the apples and cut them into strips.
Pour the content of the bag into a bowl, add the melted butter and mix. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
In a 9-inch round buttered cake pan, pour the dough and arrange the apples like for a traditional pie.
Bake for 25-30 min
