Greek Toasts Olives and Feta
Here is a simple recipe idea, ideal for an appetizer and which will transport you to Greece, the time of a bite! Difficult to resist, right ?
The success of these toasts comes from the quality of the products used. For example, take a very good olive oil, that will make all the difference. In this recipe, all the products are by Kalios, the best kept secret of French Chefs.
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp Kalios Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 Kalamata olives
- 2 tsp authentic Oregano (Origanum Hirtum)
- 1.5oz of feta cheese
- 1 organic lemon
Lightly toast the slices of bread.
Cut the olives coarsely.
Sprinkle the slices of bread with olive oil.
Arrange the olives, the crumbled feta and finish with oregano and a few lemon peels to bring a touch of freshness.
