Do I need to create an account to shop at SavorsOfEurope.com? How do I register?
Creating an account is an easy and convenient way to save shipping and billing information, view current order status, record past orders, and save wish lists that you can share. You may also check out as a guest if you don’t wish to create an account at this time. 
Why can’t I add an item to my shopping bag?
If you are unable to add a certain item to your shopping bag, the item is currently unavailable. Check back soon!

The item I’m looking for is out of stock. When will it be available?
Our high-quality goods come from smaller producers, and while we do our best to keep our bestselling products available, demand can sometimes outstrip supply. If you have a question about a specific product, please contact us at customer@savorsofeurope.com

How do I know that my order was placed?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a unique confirmation number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you were logged in with an account when you placed your order, log in and click on My Account; you’ll be able to see your full order history, including your current order status. 

I can’t login to my account. What should I do?
Try resetting your password; you’ll receive an email allowing you to log in and change your password as desired. 

Can I include a note with my order? 
No, but write us and tell us what you have in mind so we can figure out a solution.
What are the payment options available for my online purchases?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover) and PayPal. If you have an Amazon account, you can pay directly through it at check out, without having to ender the particulars of your credit card.
Where does SavorsOfEurope.com ship?
Savors Of Europe offers shipping throughout United States. Savors Of Europe cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

How much does shipping cost for my online order?
It's free for continental US for orders over $35 and a flat shipping fee of $9.50 otherwise. 

I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Under normal circumstances, orders will ship the following business day. Delays may occur due to order volume, product availability or other circumstances. 

There’s a problem with one of the items I ordered. Can I get a refund?
If an item is missing from your order or you have received a damaged item, we would be glad to provide a store credit or replacement, pending availability. Please reach out to us at customer@savorsofeurope.com
